This module allows the seller to attach a handling fee to each product. Customers will only be charged if they are located in the required zone (eg. provincial/state, national, international, etc.). This function can be used for all fixed price levies (eg. EHF, bottle deposits or general purpose handling for shipping specific products, etc.).
